Dal-Tile Consumer Literature
Dal-Tile's marketing
was mainly focused towards the commercial design professionals
and builders. Realizing that they needed to promote their
product directly to the growing residential consumer market
this 12 page picture book was produced.
The piece was
designed to be a insert in a leading home living magazine
and also used as an inexpensive handout at consumer home shows.
The combination of beautiful residential photography along
with the featured tile arranged on a dramatic background helped
show off the beautiful, durable and versatile qualities of
ceramic tile to a whole new generation of customers for Dal-Tile.
This piece was
printed on a web and reached hundreds of thousands of consumers.
It proved to be very successful at getting Dal-Tile recognized
in the residential marketplace. It also lead to the development
of Dal-Tile's first ever consumer
catalog.
